Oghomwen Omoruyi Honour, a corps member observing her NYSC in Ekiti State, has died. The Mass Comm. graduate of Auchi Polytechnic died on Monday, June 24, 2019, shortly after complaining of headache. According to reports, Honour later took paracetamol but soon after that, she started convulsing and foaming from the mouth. . She was said to have died before they could get her to the hospital. Honour had recently redeployed from Adamawa State to Ekiti State, so as to be closer to her base in Benin, Edo State.

The 19 th Policy Meeting on Admissions to Tertiary Institutions in Nigeria has approved 160 and above as the national minimum benchmark for admission for the year 2019 into public universities . The meeting held at Bola Babalakin Auditorium, Gbongan, Osun State , on Tuesday also approved 140 as minimum UTME score for admission into private universities. For public polytechnic , 120 UTME score was approved, while 110 score was approved as the least score for admission into private polytechnic.

22-year old lady, Soyebo Oluwakemi, a sales agent who went missing since on Monday, June 3rd, has been found. Her family members say Oluwakemi was hurriedly dropped off by a taxi driver on Thursday, June 6th by the street leading to her residence at MTN Bustop along the Lagos-Badagry expressway. Her neighbors rushed to her and immediately took her home to her mother. Oluwakemi was said to be looking so pale and tired and could not utter a word. She is yet to narrate to her family members what happened to her. She is currently in a hospital where doctors are examining her. Her family members believe she was kidnapped.

A Nigerian man identified as John Cine Wilcox has reportedly claimed his penis was stolen by some bandits in Lagos, but he was able to retrieve it with the help of the Police. Taking to social media, John wrote that the strangers came to shake him while in town and he immediately felt emptiness in his balls. They made attempt to escape after the act, but he was able to arrest them with the assistance of security men at a Wema Bank close to the scene of the incident. The young man pictured above, received serious beating on Thursday, after he was found hiding in the ceiling of someone’s apartment in the Ikorodu area, Lagos state. According to reports, the young man broke into the room of a resident in the community and hid himself in the ceiling of the building.
